Taiko Marketing Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1989 as the marketing arm for Taiko Group of Companies industrial chemical sectors. The company was initially formed with the function of marketing the chemicals produced by the manufacturing concern of the group. To this end, the company has grown in line with the growth of the group from managing sales of USD12.4 million to approximately USD180 million in the period between 1989 to 2003.
Apart from the sales of manufactured chemicals, the company also acts on the logistic coordination centre for all deliveries to customers. Customers’ satisfactions are ensured through end – servicing by a young and dynamic marketing team.
Today, the company has expanded it activities to include trading in chemicals, which are not produced by Taiko Group. It has also broadened its market to include ASEAN and international market. Domestically, the company’s main marketing office is located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Warehouses are located in Johor, Ipoh, Penang and Kuching. Branch offices are also located in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Europe & Russia.
For our product range expansion, we started to bring in food grade chemical into Malaysia. Currently we are having PDV salt, citric acid anhydrous and dextrose anhydrous in stock. We are developing this division, thus there will be more products available in future and we are welcoming product sourcing request as well.
